Mr. Duke was the attorney for my daughter's custody and child support case. As a layman, we don't always understand what is going on and the procedures involved. Mr. Duke navigated through all that with her getting the desire results. This kind of thing can be stressful and very emotional. He is the attorney to get you through it.

Mr. Duke is the most competent attorney around. He cares about his clients, and he will fight for you. I cannot put into words how grateful I am that Mr. Duke represented me.
My ex is very good at intimidating and manipulating people. When I first met with Mr. Duke, I was at the end of my rope. I was used to no one believing me or wanting to help me. But he gave me a new perspective. He listened to me. He reviewed every piece of evidence I gave him. Whenever I asked, have you looked at the email from....? Not only had he read it, but he made himself know the evidence. And when we went to court, he faught for me. He didn't back down. He chose to stop once he felt like our position had been made. I can't say enough good about this man. The representation I received from Mr. Duke helped me get my life back. I have hope again. If you want competent, compassionate, and unwavering support, then Mr. Duke is your man.

I have the highest regard for Mr.Duke.Mr.Duke knew going in that we were going uphill fighting for custody of my two children.He is one of the few attorneys that take a case knowing they will have to fight.I have spent years, trying to take my ex to court for custody. Each time I would talk to another attorney, I got told, "ignore what he (ex) is saying to you or about you", "well, he (ex) is their father, and children need their father", no matter that he wasn't spending time with our children like he should, or that he allowed others to say and do harmful things to our children.No one would listen to me or help me help my children.NO ONE, except Mr.Duke.He came into court and vindicated me and my children.I gave this man a stack of emails that were at least 5 inches thick, and he read all of them!He makes his point clear while commanding respect.I have nothing but good things to say about Mr.Duke.My boys and I have peace finally.This is a good man and attorney.

Absolutely the worst. Never returned calls, never kept me informed, paid $10,000 and he did nothing for my custody case. Case went on for 2 years being continuted without my knowledge. I gather all info he asked for and he didnt use much of it. He said he would have teachers to come and testify. he never did. He rushed through my case to finish in one day. He was rude to me in emails and etc. I would not recommend him to anyone. He wanted $3,000 upfront then $4,000 and then more when he had not done anything. I then was told I could come get my belongings and when I did, they were not all there and the court order was not signed as he said it would be when I came to get my belongings. I feel he did not respect me as a client. He would meet with me and meet with me at $300 an hour. All for my case to be continued. When it comes to a child custody order, this can be very traumatizing especially when the children are in danger at the other parents home.

I needed help with a divorce after being made to move out and back home 16 hours away by an unfaithful spouse and seeked out Greg Duke to help. I paid $2,200 when I had NOTHING in hopes that I hired somebody qualified to help me. My then Husband and his parents were doing everything in their power to "make me go away" as Greg put it and I paid him this amount never having met him and from a very far away state. I trusted him !!! I was scared ,alone and broke and only wanted what was fair however Greg Duke did absolutely NADA for me !!! Just 1 letter in the mail and a few phonecalls. Very impersonal and quite short and rude! Ive never been in that situation before and I wouldnt recommend him to anybody who values their time and money!!! In conclusion,I had to tell him in writing that I no longer needed his services and filed for divorce in my own state once I was a resident for 6 months and paid a lawyer up North $200 to do what Duke DIDNT DO for $2200!!! I was taken advantage 100%

I have worked with Mr. Duke for over 3 years now in my ongoing case for divorce, child support, and child custody. He was excellent in the office to prepare me for exactly what was going to happen in the courtroom each time we had to be in court, even when I was not going to have to testify. When I did have to testify, he would "role play" and ask me some very hard questions, just to prepare me for the courtroom. Once in the courtroom, I am grateful I was on his side of the courtroom and not the other. He was a very detailed-oriented lawyer and timely in responses to my emails, phone calls, and office appointments. He even would answer questions I had over the weekend! He always sought was was just and fair in my case. Every time we went to court (which seemed to be more than average) we won everything we asked for. His rates are also very within reason of other lawyers in this area. Mr. Duke comes HIGHLY recommended by myself as well as my entire family that worked with him.

I've never had to hire an attorney before in my life and with this being my first experience in a court room and going through a divorce Iwas hoping for a very informing and concerned attorney. After the first child custody hearing $4000 had been paid and now that we are to have a financial affidavit hearing he is demaning I pay an additional $1800 before he will represent me in the hearing. I do not have the funds nor do I have the time to search for another attorney. I am very upset that I have been left in the dark with numeroud amounts of information that can now be held against me in court when we have a hearing. I would not recommend Greg Duke to anyone!
