This was by far the most frustrating experience we have ever had with an attorney. Scott Best was very friendly the couple of times we spoke but the deal was closed over a week later, which would not have been an issue had there been communication. Multiple phone calls, emails and texts went unanswered for several days. As Realtors good communication is the key to a successful transaction and this is the biggest problem we had but not the only one. After finally getting this to the closing table he could not find the earnest check I mailed, he asked that I stop payment on that check but he would reimburse me for it. But I never saw that reimbursement and when I ask via email about it he never responded to my emails. Very frustrating experience.
