This Lawyer is a bankrupsy lawyer who is responsible to help you for the life of the backrupsy plan. He got paid up front through the plan but would never respond or help you if you have problems. He never has time to litigate issues as he is required to do by law. I called him for 3 years with no results. He would always say I am working on it,or I forgot,or my office help is gone. He always had an excuse for why he did not do his job. I got screwed out of $5,000 because of his inefficiencies as a lawyer. He should be disbared. If you need help do not go to him. I told him what needed to be done and I am not a lawyer only to find out from the chapter13 court that what I told him 3 yrs ago was the correct way to handle my situation. But he never did help. I would call him once a month then once a week then twice a week but he was always in a hurry to get me off the phone. What a lousy attorney...
