We cannot adequately express our gratitude for your excellent work in the resolution of this matter. While certainly not a high-dollar amount lawsuit in comparison to many Florida probate cases, it was important to my family and me. All along the way, your services were exemplary. Adrian Thomas and Ryan Nagle are top notch attorneys. My sisters and I have hired them on a civil case dealing with my deceased brother's home, as well as handling an undue influence case. I called Mr. Thomas about possibly having a parcel of land left to me in my mother's will probated. He told me his fee, and I explained the situation. After finding the land on Record Locator he advised me not to sell. He was very kind, knowledgeable and professional. I would call him again if I needed advice or legal help.

The Adrian Thomas law firm represented my family in an estate litigation matter. They always kept my family members and me informed about the proceedings and included us in all decision making. Files complaints with no basis for complaints. Unethical conduct from the start. Tried to suck up to the judge (unsuccessfully I might ad) and tried to violate attorney-client confidentially, also unsuccessfully. You may notice this attorney has 5 ratings within a 35 day period that are all 5's. Most of the other raters are NOT good.

only interested in pitting family members against each other for personal gain. He will drag a case without merit out looking for a settlement. In my case the other family member filed a complaint with the IRS and now the entire estate has been seized for tax fraud.

The most horrible firm, dishonest and leaves clients out to dry. If you don't have millions don't waste your time because right before trial they will back out and force you into an agreement you don't want. They would not go to court and have our motions heard. Family is very disappointed

You get what you pay for and if you want quality of the very best this is a firm that will guide you as to what is the best path for what your business is. They know their specialty and research the current Law to inform you what the law protects or allows. I found the attornies with the firm would listened patiently, and were tenacious in very complicated matters. There was no bias as to the rather modest Trust value in conflict. I really respected the truth regarding our matter when given a preview of what the options were. Then we were updated when any pertinent activity took place. We were advised and able to discuss available options and navigate accordingly. We were also informed as to the potential costs that may be involved with certain courses of action, as well as the chances for recovery or not. What more can one ask for, but the Truth.

I was sued in an estate litigation matter and hired Mr. Thomas to defend me. He did an amazing job. Within a few short months he successfully got the other side to dismiss the case with prejudice so they cannot ever come back and harass me again. It is thanks to Mr. Thomas and his aggressive style of defense work that I am not still stuck in litigation. I highly recommend him and his law firm. Recently my sister and I hired Mr Thomas for a serious and very complicated contest. His immediate concern overwhelmed my sister and she was "sold" on using him. Her bill quickly soared to more than $20,000 and he and his wife demanded payment. A contingency basis was discussed where Mr. Thomas required nothing less than 45%. My sister tried to negotiate a more reasonable rate in which he flat out declined. He dropped us as clients and we are in search of another attorney that is willing to work WITH US!

DO NOT HIRE THIS LAW FIRM. This law firm is all about taking every cent you may have coming to you and forcing you into debt. They do not follow up with clients well, do not file motions in a timely manner, do not treat clients professionally, do not try to settle in a timely manner, but they charge hourly and lump hours together with many entries to bill, such as charging $88 for a short email, for reading and again for responding; Talking to other lawyers, research, hearing preparations, etc. They grossly overcharge and then threaten to drop you if you fall behind in payments. I was told Adrian would do all of the important work, depo's, hearings and that his other lawyers would do the grunt work. That was 90,000.00 dollars ago for enforcing as the judge stated a simple contract resulting from mediation. The case is still not settled and I am checking into possible malpractice against this law firm and filing formal complaints with the Florida bar.

He set up a trust for my father, who was 85. Made innumerable mistakes. Failed to file documents with affected relatives. Failed to assure trust was completed. When my father died, Mr. Thomas made everything infinitely more difficult. In addition he billed extravagantly, including for "meetings" with his staff where we paid hourly rates for each participant. We had to fire him.

My niece forced my elderly mother to sign a quit claim deed and put her house in her name just one week after the death of my sister. She never told me my mother died, she sold the house and took off with the money and the entire contents of the house, including the urns with the cremains of both of my parents. I hired him to find her, get the contents of the house back along with my parents' cremains and have the quit claim deed reversed. It has been 16 months, I have paid him $20,000 with ZERO results. The first thing he should have done was to stop the sale of the house, but he didn't. He said I had to be made the "Personal Representative" of the estate before anything could be done. I wanted to put "Mechanics Lien" on the house, but he wouldn't. He has given excuse after excuse. I am going to report him to a review board, the BBB and the District Attorney. I feel that I have been ripped off, royally!!! All he did was take my money. Stay away from him and his entire firm!
