I have not used this firm but their cost of $500 is 150% the cost of some other lawyers with $200 fee. I think the firm is very good but just wish their fees were not so high. Virginia makes it very tough that you cannot represent yourself if you live many hours away and don't know what happens if you try - but paying court fines plus court costs plus a $500 lawyer fee is too much.

Represented my wife on a speeding charge due to her good driving record was able to get the charge reduced. I would recommend him to anyone, I was pleased with the results. You may pay a lot more if your insurance company find out about even one ticket. It's the cost of the insurance game. worth the price to keep your rates down on even a minor charge, they jack your rates up for any reason. Don't believe your agent I don't thing there is such a thing as one ticket and they won't raise your rates.

Mr. Kegley recently represented me for a speeding ticket 81 mph in a 65 work zone. His fee was not only the best, but he got the ticket reduced to a defective equipment violation. No points! No insurance increases! I couldn't be more pleased. ***** FIVE STARS for Galumbeck, Dennis & Kegley!

On a road trip My husband and I got into a lot of trouble, we where heading to a Super Bowl.. We where pulled over, I was never in trouble and was able to be bonded out that night, my husband could not.We were being told he may not get out until after the weekend,Clinton had him out a few hours after hiring him. He is an amazing attorney, also he was very patient with us being from another state. Things work diffrent where we live. He would also let us know everything to expect at the hearings. He makes what feels like the worst moment of your life isn't so bad and if you work hard you'll get out of trouble. He would call back right away everytime I would call with a question. I really feel he went above and beyond his job for us. He deleivered on everything he told us he was going to do,and what was most likely going to happen. My charges were serious but he treated me like a person not like I just came from a jail. I think we made the right choice by going with Clinton.
