I hired Atty. Pettinicchi last year to represent me in my divorce. Over the seven month period he was unavailable for meetings and extremely difficult to reach by phone or e-mail. Weeks would go by before I would receive a reply to my numerous voice mails. I found Atty. Pettinicchi and his paralegal to be very ineffective and I had to negotiate my settlement on my own with my husband and his attorney. I only saw Atty. Pettinicchi twice, once at our initial consultation then again in court where he was unfamiliar with the details of my case and caused an embarrassing delay. During such a difficult time, my own attorney became the main source of my frustration. After all the anguish that he caused, he refused to refund the balance of my retainer and would not take my calls. I would not recommend his service to anyone.
