Laura Irwin is very knowledgeable and highly ethical. Unfortunately, she is also unprofessional, careless and inattentive in her work. I have found myself repeatedly making corrections to documents she has drafted, have constantly needed to follow up with her to move things along, and have been very disappointed with the unresponsiveness of her office. Specifically, the draft complaint she filed on my behalf was completely inaccurate and did not reflect the particulars of my case. This caused a deservedly angry response from my spouse and has further complicated the case. It was clearly a cut and paste job from another client's complaint. This was AFTER I had made corrections to the complaint with her paralegal. Three weeks ago I sent her a letter outlining my concerns regarding the handling of my case. That letter has gone unanswered. I have recently written again asking if she plans to respond, and that letter too has been ignored.
