Mr. Boenig was incredibly fast acting to my legal situation. He listened to my wishes and knew the outcome I wanted with my Paternity case. I not only got the outcome I wanted, I didn't even have to step into a court room! Thank you Mr. Boenig, keep up the amazing work!

I was immensely disappointed in how Boenig handled my child support enforcement case. He refused to ask the judge for reimbursement for attorney fees & interest on past due child support, even though (1.) I instructed him to do so; and (2.) he had drafted my previous court order which required the offending party to pay for legal expenses and interest in the event the other had to return to court to enforce the order. Byron, on his own, unilaterally decided I should pay thousands of dollars of expenses that X rightfully should have paid. In addition, Byron did not demand financial discovery documents from X, relying instead on the truthfulness of X's verbal assertions of his income. His courtroom interrogation was ineffectual, failing utterly to ensnare X in his many lies. He was inexcusably condescending and treated me like an insignificant stepping stone on his career path. I would never advise a woman to hire him for any case, especially not for a divorce or family law case.
