This lawyer's conduct was so egregious he got my case thrown out of court before it was heard. He made mistakes a college student would not have made and then failed to respond to repeated prompts from the judge to correct the errors. How bad can a lawyer be? That he has not been disbarred demonstrates how incompetent, negligent, poorly trained lawyers are allowed to harm those who entrust the dirty lawyers to represent them. And it is my opinion that this lawyer is all those things. This is a public service announcement-beware and forewarned No lawyer would have been far better for me, He did more damage than I ever would have imagined and he did it while finding a way to keep me from accessing due process. And Judge Thomas McAvoy allows him to continue to harm the public.

This guy is a complete utter joke! He extorted money from me to represent a family member. Makes me sick seeing him on TV representing others!
Throughout his representation of my family member, not once I receive any paperwork or documentation of the work he was supposed to be doing! However I did get weekly phone call saying I need more money to be able to do this that and the other thing. The outcome was him showing up late to court, he did not represent my family member in any way shape or form and resulting in my family member spending eight and a half years in prison for something that wasn't even relevant to this case..
