I recenly hired Mr. Thomas Berret from Hal Waldman & Associates for a personal injury case -- I was involved in a bus accident in Pittsburgh and broke my ribs. I had several weeks in miserable conditions. I want to get something back for my pains and sufferings. The port authority claimed that it was not their fault and pointed me to the state farm auto insurance. Other attorneys I have consulted said they would be able to help me to claim for a couple thousand. But Mr. Berret managed to get me $6000.00! He is a superb bargainer and very very professional in dealing with this kind of injury cases. He exactly understood the situation and took the most appropriate actions at each stage of the case.
