Wells is a dishonest and incompetent. She failed to tell me other ways I could have gotten help with other state and local agencies to rectify my situation. I retained Wells in Oct ’07 but still became defendant in February. Wells will bluntly tell a lie to make she look better. I confronted her on several things she told me and she would always swear she did not say that. Every time I met with Wells it was like explaining my case for the first time. She comes across as being very arrogant however she does not know the law like she claims. Every piece of evidence she had I supplied her. I do not recommend her to anyone. She will get you into a deeper mess than you started then leave you high and dry. When I talk with lawyers about taking my case they have all ask me the same question "why did you pick Wells". She the only one listed in yellow pages for auto fraud. After taking my case she informed me she was busy with foreclosure. Amy Wells, the reason lawyers are not trusted
