This lawyer needs more knowledge about the cases he takes on. If you take a person to one court for something they should not be able to take you to a different court for the same charges just because some one on a town board wants this person ran out of town because they have to spend more money to play bs games. Its not fair that this town doesn't have to worry about the money they are spending because its the tax payers money. But the ones they want to run off have a family to support and now they have to support a lawyer of their own. Just because the town tells you to do something they should look at the the facts first.
