An excellent lawyer who really helped me get custody of my son. I can not say enough good things about her. Her rates were more than fair and her no nonsense attitude was refreshing. If you need a good attorney she is the one to get.

Knew the letter of the law and is a tough cookie in court. She was my third lawyer in the case, other two bullied out but Beverly did not buckle.

Many mistakes many repeat mistakes, which I caught and corrected. Very delayed responses on requests for information, and lack of tenacity or desire to complete things. Maybe, at some point, Beverly was a good energetic and diligent attorney, but not now.

I had Bev as for my divorce & I totally disagree with any of the negative statements about her. I switched to her after my first attorney did nearly nothing for a year & found all sorts of things to charge me a ton of money for. Bev jumped in & had everything resolved in a week! By knowing her stuff & being so efficient, she saved me a lot of money, even though her hourly rate was higher. And she didn't let my ex continue to run the show. I think she's extremely impressive!

Over charged. Went to court for custody hearing and didnt write an affit davit, she went off of her notes instead from our first meeting. Horrible lawyer, wentback to court on my own and got full custody, when she went with i got less than half.

I agree, she over charged us on everything. whether it was calls or just session. She was more of a therapist than a lawyer all she did was tell us what we can do and can't but never help take action.i feel that she fail to help meet our goals. and yes, she is burnt out.

She has alot of knowledge and knows what to do. She tells it like it is, and does not lead you on. She is a very up front person. Knows the law well and if there is a question that she does not know the answer to, she will find the information for you.

this lawyer over charged us she charged us 2600 for a plain ad in the paper divorce it took her almost a year to complete it. did not ask the judge for what we wanted and that was to be able to get married right away. he hadnt seen his wife in over 5 years she did the bear minumin. i feel she took advantage of us and she is older and i feel she is burnt out.
