Had a horrible experience with Andrew regarding my grandfather's trust. Would not recommend him as his attention to detail was flawed. He's playing a numbers game and seems too busy for quality and detailed service.

Takes your money and refuses to follow through with his responsibilities. He never returned my phone calls or correspondence, even if it was mailed. Always wants to schedule a meeting to even discuss why he is not getting his work done. I was never informed of important issues that eventually lead to disasters. What a frustrating experience, he makes you feel like you're the lowest priority on his list. He's very good at charging for time in excess of actual. I hope he does not treat his other clients like he treated me.
