I hired them paying them $250 Flat rate to get me out of my speeding ticket. I have my court date moved to September 1 as the Law firm prescribed. They NO SHOW the court. My date is moved to October 30 with a Trial by Jury as Mr. Brown prescribed. A day before court, he seeks a continuance. The next TBJ date is set to Dec. 15, he seeks out a continuance again the day before and does not telling me, making me as a result miss work. I call him and he says on 15 March, ensuring me that he will not cancel on me again. He seeks another continuance because he had double booked himself 125 days in advance. Sending in my plea and having me go up to the court to pay it, after he made a supposed deal. When I reach the court the Clerk tells me that they recieved the plea yesterday but never made that deal. Now it is April 16, 2010 and i receive a letter from Mr Brown saying that I must pay the full amount, he will no longer represent me, and that he did all that he could do by negotiating.

This attorney's knowledge on how to scam you is terrific. Read reviews in several sites before you pay this place. If you have been scammed by this attorney please file a formal complaint with the texas state bar. you can start it on line, but mail it in certified mail. This guy needs to be shut down. The reason for this rating is he failed to even bother to show up in court, the judge and prosecuting attorney both said I needed to file a formal complaint with state bar. They agreed to be witnesses. They also said this has been common practice for this guy. But so far the state lets him keep his license. I wasn't even the first one that day he had scammed in that court.

I hire Charles Brown on the reccomendation of Scott , one of his attorneys . Charles was not informed , consistantly late , Lazy and wanted me to take a plea . I fired him , was found NOT GUILTY and charges were EXPUNGED . I never signed a contract with him . Asked for money back and was refused . I went to the Texas Bar Assn and they agreed with me as far as me getting money back . Charles still refused . I'd think twice before hiring him or his staff for anything .
