Too make a very long story short. She does not answer calls very often. When you do talk with her she talks over the top of you and repeats thing you've already went over like the conversation never took place and not familiar with your case at all!I repeatedly asked for a copy of the transcripts and a broken done receipt of the charges. I never got any. She will directly not answer your questions. She is not prepared and does not correct mistakes that are pointed out to her. The judge asked her to take care of a task that could impact a case and I had to keep asking about it and remind her that the judge asked her to take care of it and if it will impact a rule 35 or an appeal. She would not with drawl when she was asked a few times. An appeal is in the works and this will be turned into the attorney bar! I'm sure this will be flagged because it isn't 5 star!DON'T USE HER!

Monica represented my cousin in a jury trial case. She never disqualified jurors for being related to the prosecutor and to the prosecutors assistant. Jurors were family members and friends of the prosecutor and judge. She never stood up for the defendant. Prior to trial she said we will do this and that and when the trial was taking place she did absolutely nothing. He paid over $30,000.00 for her to do nothing. Now we are doing all we can to have a motion to have judgement dismissed on conflict of interest and motion for a new trial / change of venue. My cousin was completely innocent on this case and noww could face up to 11 years in prison all from her lack of caring what happened to her client. Trys saying we can file for an appeal after he's sentenced. So good luck on her doing that she don't even answer her phone. And when she did she said she is busy on another case. She is only out to make money and does not take her clients life into consideration at all. Do not use her .

I left multiple messages for her personally as well as with her para legal and her staff. If she was not available or un interested she could have simply had her staff call me back to let me know. They strung me along all the while. To this day, i have never received a call. Attorneys are a dime a dozen and her services do not rate well. Definitely let her swim in her own euphoria.

She is definitely a crook we heard such good things about her and she was absolutely useless i told her to keep the $1200 and i will chop it up as a loss. Do not hire this woman.

I completely agree with last comment. She is a crook and not woman enough to get her tasks done! Gave her a 2 for making it through law school. Going to report her ass for sure! She gives women a bad name.

Have used this lawyer for various issues, in each situation she did a stellar job and worked hard. She paid attention to detail and was not afraid to stand up and argue my case to letter of the law. If me or anyone I know needed an attorney I would highly recommend her.

This woman is a crook! My mother went to her for help 11 days after her husband suddenly passed away needing guidance as she was being subpoenaed. After giving Monica her $1000 retention fee out of extremely low funds with two young daughters to support, MONICA DID NOTHING!!! My mother was stood up twice and had countless unanswered and unreturned phone calls in. After weeks of frustrating run-around from this inept lawyer, my mother had to turn elsewhere to receive appropriate counsel. After a year of no contact with Monica, my mother sent her a letter asking for her money back since Monica really hadn't done what she was contracted to do. Her response? A copy of the non-refundable fee paper my mother had signed and a number of fraudulent accounts of what Monica had done. DO NOT HIRE THIS WOMAN! She is crooked in every sense of the word.

I hired Monica for a highly contested divorce/custody case. She was well prepared and did an excellent job. She was able to get me almost everything I was asking for. She also represented me in a disturbing the peace case. I highly recommend her for both criminal and civil cases.

Pays attention to her client, knows the law, and makes a cogent argument. I hired her to fight for me, and she did so fairly after doing her homework.
