I sought legal advice from Dolores Aretsky and was completely unsatisfied with the services (actually lack of) that I received. My first red flag should have been her cold demeanor over the phone but during my first consultation with her she seemed confident that we would have a case. It all went downhill from that moment on. Her secretary was consistently rude both over the phone and in person and I spent countless hours following up because they never responded to me on time. I ended up doing much of the leg work writing letters, reviewing their letters for content AND spellcheck! After several months of absolutely no progress she completely gave up with pursuing anything further. I was disappointed that I had no support from this attorney and would not recommend her especially if you are going through a hard time and are in any way sensitive about the nature of your situation.
