During trial MacArthur repeatedly refused to challenge the false and often contradictory testimonies of my opponents; the deputy’s false testimony--along with claims the whereabouts of the cruiser tapes were unknown; cut me off before I could complete my narrative; and OBJECTED to a witness mentioning my serious cardiac conditions; (To say nothing about these limitations himself!)
He also refused to bring in other witnesses, including the parties initiating the mob action by their hostile behavior, who did not appear in court for either side, nor an a State Game Warden; who'd told my wife, "If he hadn't had that taser and used it when he did, they would have killed him!"; refused to request playing of the 911 calls the prosecutor had boasted to the jury they'd be hearing—and then never presented! (One was of calmly reporting the assaults made against me, the others probably recording the threats and assaults made after they were initiated!) As crooked as they come!
