We interviewed no less than ten attorneys to take over the Motions and sentencing phases of our son's case. After much research, in-depth meetings, and follow-up calls, we felt Mr. Cosby was the right choice. Through this very difficult endeavor whereas our son, due to his initial attorney's incompetence, was found guilty of second-degree murder in a case that was clearly self-defense, Mr. Cosby was our saving grace. He was patient, extremely dedicated, and very thorough. Mr. Cosby was always willing to speak with us and returned our calls when we wanted to speak with him. He answered every question we had, explained all legal options, sentencing guidelines, possible results, and specific instructions which positively impacted our son's results. We greatly appreciated also that he didn't promote unreasonable expectations. Mr. Cosby was tenacious and diligent in and outside of the courtroom and was always the calm during the storm but don't let his laid-back demeanor fool you

Did not fight at all. Basicly walked in courtroom and stood there. We are VERY unhappy with the service and reporting to th Va state bar!

If you have committed a crime and are guilty, Cosby will get a lesser sentence but, if you are truly innocent do not hire him.
