Hard to really tell how much knowledge this attorney does have. I imagine he does to others, what he did to me. He spent most of his time firing me up against the cops and how they stopped me, saying they shouldn't have stopped me. He convinced me to do a very expensive suppression hearing, which of course he lost. Looking back at it, he just played on my emotion. The cop had every right to pull me over as my headlight was out. How I let Keegan turn that into an expensive nightmare I will never know, probably because I was just so mad at getting an OWI. After I paid this attorney, you would think I was a leper, because he avoided me like the plague. I was and still am disgusted with this attorney who is nothing more than a condoned scammer.

Very pricey, impossible to sit down with, as he is never available, and more a used car salesman than he is attorney. It is all about the sell. Once he gets your money, he is done with you. Good luck for those using this man.

There should be a choice lower than 1 because that is what the service is worth that you will receive from this attorney. He was unprepared in court, could not remember what was in his file and he showed up late without returning phone calls from us. His brief was full of typos and ramblings. Go elsewhere for your legal advice and save your $$$.

Frankly, I wish I could give Mr. Keegan lower ratings in the areas of communication and value. He took my money and then never returned calls. He was 30 minutes late for court(without calling anyone) so mysentencing got pushed back and I waited more than two hours to be sentenced. Keegan also convinced me to do a suppression hearing, which cost me more than five thousand dollars. Later, I found out from a different attorney that those have a low success rate. On the filing for the suppression hearing, Keegan had made many mistakes, typos. This was a very bad experience for me. I consider Mr. Keegan to be nothing but a thief the way he took my money and did not do a whole lot for me.

Mr. Keegan was clearly unintersted in my case as it was to be held in a court 1 hour from his office. He was perfectly polite and referred me to his young partner: Thomas Fransworth. Mr Fransworth was completely unprofessional! I do not have much experience with Mr. Keegan, but anyone who associates with the likes of Thomas Fransworth has questionable character, in my opinion.
