We requested a modification to a loan we have in Texas. They had this guy contact us, we emailed back a forth a couple times and agreed we would just pay-off the loan. He then attached an invoice for him in the amount of 3900 dollars for those 4 or 5 emails, and will not provide a billing statement, hours worked or exactly what he is charging us for! We tried to pay off our loan anyway, but cannot unless we add in his charges. In my opinion, he is a crook, a liar, and is a disgrace to the legal profession.
