My divorce had already been in process for 18 months with other counsel and was headed to trial. Mary and Charlie Niewold took my case over, got my ex back to mediation and had a final decree of divorce in my hands in less than 9 weeks. They got me what I wanted across the board. Can't say enough about their professionalism, knowledge, quality of advice and follow-through.

Charlie knows his stuff great out come got the max on a settlement.His not a sellout kind of lawyer like most.

Doesn't check into things brought to his attention that needs corrected that could affect outcome. Too busy sucking up to other lawyer and judge, instead of standing up for client, answering client questions, does not properly explain things. Only allowed into evidence what him and other attorney agreed upon, INSTEAD of doing what's right and showing all evidence and how injuries caused other problems, that are still ongoing. When judge sent jury back to deliberate, she sent jury instructions, that were read outpouring, but at last minute sent back 3 more jury instructions Mr. NIEWOLD did not ask what they were, or why they were added, and ignored my attempt to get his attention, becuz he was chatting with other attorney. I really felt he could have cared less if this case won at all. Felt the changes he made and didn't make ruined case. I feel he was bought out by defendants, and that he basically threw case by not entering ALL EVIDENCE.
