Ms. Abad helped me file a Chapter 13 bankruptcy and reorganize a financial plan that works for me in spite of bad credit I had accumulated from a previous Chapter 7. Despite some lapses in my ability to reach her conveniently, she is a diligent, tough, and punctual attorney.

Mrs. Maylene Abad is a GREAT attorney she filed my chapter 13 bankruptcy and saved my home. She was very profesional and I thank her for all her hard work. People need to stop writing frivolous comments she is wonderful and I will always refer clients to Mrs. Maylene Abad.

This lawyer asked me Beatriz Mejia, the amount of $2,500 US Dollars for a Bankruptcy process that started on 2009. I paid all the money up front and this lawyer had been changing from one office to another, every time they asked me to give them all the papers they needed over and over again. The last thing they did was calling me this month January 2013 to let me know that they can not continue with my case and there is no bankruptcy filed in the court. Now i have to hire another lawyer to start all over again and pay all fees.
A lawyer like this is a shame to the Florida Bar Association and her license should be revoked so she can not continue scamming people.
