Beatriz Mejia, your statement is libel. You may have had a bad experience with Ms. Abad, but you cannot say she is a scammer. She is a very honest and hard-working attorney.

This lawyer asked me Beatriz Mejia, the amount of $2,500 US Dollars for a Bankruptcy process that started on 2009. I paid all the money up front and this lawyer had been changing from one office to another, every time they asked me to give them all the papers they needed over and over again. The last thing they did was calling me this month January 2013 to let me know that they can not continue with my case and there is no bankruptcy filed in the court. Now i have to hire another lawyer to start all over again and pay all fees.
A lawyer like this is a shame to the Florida Bar Association and her license should be revoked so she can not continue scamming people.
