My recent experience with Rosalind was that her caseload is way too high she lied to me she lost my paperwork she got my case confused with other cases and she neglected to use evidence that I had presented to her that was relevant to my case. I also found that she employs an incompetent staff then overcharges for her services. She uses a research atty to tell her what to do after 30 years of being an attorney. Under no circumstances would i recommend this attorney even if I needed representation for a lost animal. After paying this woman 15000 dollars she got me 0 results for my money.. I would have been better off representing myself.

This lawyer is suffering from lack of organization. She confuses her clients cases, her billing system is unfamiliar to an known CPA review, you are charged double for answering her inquiries, her staff is barely competent, unproven if she drags out cases just to minimum cost load each case

This attorney has a legal researcher who is competent, but you are charged for two attorneys working for you, not one. Her billing is minimally documented and incredibly confusing. I experienced numerous problems with statements: double billings, different rates for the same service at different times, math mistakes. This attorney charged for time to investigate billing issues which created more problems. I gave a better score on tenacity because it was extremely difficult and time-consuming to settle my numerous billing issues. This attorney acted over-extended and rushed with me. She charged for lots of prep time for court, but acted unfamiliar with the background details when in court. I would NOT RECOMMEND THIS ATTORNEY under any circumstances!!!!
