This lawyer has pulled out all the stops to out right plea for the lies of his client in court. He was confronted with physical hard evidence and still argues it is hear say, 6 times in court. Because he has a relationship with the judges and courts in the area he will keep arguing and continuing the case just to feed money in to his business and the court system. This is taking full advantage of his clients and the opposing team. Nothing about fairness, truth or justice it is about personal gain. Buyers beware, just do your research.

I have been on the opposing side twice with this firm. More recently through a very long divorce where Porzenski could not control his client. The only focus that mattered was to use the system, drag it on, bring lots of paperwork and distort the facts. I had to sit through multiple days of divorce trial only to listen to my x-husband lie. The firm did not research the facts, the truth and continued to represent. It is a business afterall and there is a 50/50 chance of what is believed and what is not. At least I can sleep at night.
