Danyese Hobbs has Always been there for me whenever I needed her. She's sharp as a tack. She's VERY knowledgeable. Professional and a straight shooter. I highly recommend her. You won't be steered wrong. Nakia, the paralegal is awesome. Super smart and good people. The atmosphere is calm and laid back.

This Lawyer should be on the DO NOT HIRE List!!!! She did handle my case responsibly or timely. She said she filed paperwork when she did not,(I called the clerk of courts myself) Do not waste your money or your time.

Ms. Hobbs helped me so much. She took her time, reviewed my case, gave me specific instructions to follow and most importantly had was up-to-date on the laws that my case required. She stood up for me! She did what was right. So many people do the wrong things, but Ms. Hobbs was on it the right way. Her office staff always answered the phone in a timely fashion. They were knowledgeable and able to assist me. I don't think I would have made it through. I would recommend Danyese Hobbs to anyone! Most times it is a hard situation, but she will make it easier for you to go through by working together as a team. I truly appreciate how hard she and her team worked for me.

She also claimed she filed the paperwork that "was imperative" to file to my case. She blew me off when questioned as if it was no big deal. It was a big deal! Questioned her about it via telephone & told me she would have to charge me to "recall" the info pulling my file?!?

Hiring Danyese Hobbs was the worst mistake of my life for my divorce. Her and her office staff are incompetent, they do not care or bother to follow up in a timely matter on anything, and she was non-existent in the entire process. I basically represented myself due to her lack of knowledge about me and my situation. She came very highly recommended to me too, which was the saddest part of the whole process. For someone who boasts about being formerly married to a man in uniform before he passed away and how proud she was of that, she didn't give a**** about me and all the time I have served when she took me on as a client. To this day I don't think she even knows who i really was. She had to pull my case file every time we spoke so she could re-familiarize herself with my case. She obviously only cared about the money and the volume of clients she could get so she could make more money. Very sad situation, now I am paying the price within horrible divorce settlement. Thanks Danyese.

i hired this woman at the end of April. Gave her the full retaining fee and everything. She claimed she filed my paperwork. For a month and a half I didn't hear anything from her. I called a few times concerned and asked if something was wrong. She kept telling me that she was waiting on the court and even asked me if I was on drugs. She also told me that I didn't have the money to keep calling her! I waited another two weeks and then called family court myself. They did not have my paperwork. For TWO MONTHS she did not do anything! . danyese said she filed the paperwork and told me she would follow up on Monday. Monday she called and said the paperwork had been filed, not saying that she messed up and didn't turn it in. My husband had gotten a lawyer and I told her we were settling on 50/50 custody and his lawyer wanted a copy of the agreement. She sent his lawyer a totally different document stating that I wanted primary custody. I eventually fired her and represented myself.

Great woman, have used her many times for several years and she has always responded to me as well as advised me throughout the entire process. Would use again and again!!!

She has a lot of experience and I felt welcomed when I walked into her office. I had made a lot of personal mistakes and she did the very best that she could with my case. I really enjoyed working with her. She was fair and honest.

I agree with all the reviews, wish I had read before I retained her. Basically, had to represent myself and have been forced to hire another attorney because of the mistakes she made.

Unfortunately, I agree. She talks a good game but when it is time for action there is none. She took my money and as the other reviewer stated no bill. Then wanted me to pay for the mediator as well. No heads up about that part in any of our previous conversations. Not worth the money. Do it yourself before hiring her. She does not have private detectives. She does want you to collect all evidence. She does not keep constant communication. She is a great B-S-er with you the client but in the courtroom she does not even object or produce evidence on your behalf. Hire her if you want to lose and don't mind jerking off thousands of dollars. Otherwise, I advise you to do it yourself before going this route. She is pretty and graceful but you won't see anything for your ROI.

Ask around before retaining this woman!Slow in obtaining information and will send you out to do it, will constantly tell you she is backed up with other clients, does not pursue things that are noteworthy before a judge, will not produce a bill!
