I am using her now and its the exact same thing. Always has an excuse. Never answers phone, voice mail full. Won't respond to emails. Talks about her own problems and why she wasn't able to answer. But is happy to take the money. She is awful

I have used Stacie in the past. It started out well and then turned into a bad experience. There is not an office phone. Her cell phone voicemail is always full. If you do get through it take days to weeks to get a return call. (if any) She is very slow and waits to the last minute to file responses on cases. My witnesses were not sent a subpeona. Her work ethic and committment to her client is less than satisfactory. Her personal life comes 1st and I personally don't want to hear about it. She was supposed to be my attorney, I was not her therapist. She expects her payment right away, but does not give her clients what they need right away. I wouldn't pay her to get my dog out of the pound. She was late every time we had a court date. A few times the judge had the clerks office call her to find out why she was late. There's always some excuse for her to not do her job effectively. I had to fire her and retain a more competent attorney.
