Not only was I quoted a specific range of hours that maxed out for Mr. Robert Bogen’s total services, I was billed almost double what should have been paid for the services rendered and that was well before the case was to be completed. To make matters worse, I was blamed by Mr. Bogen for his losing and his being outclassed by opposing counsel at our first and only hearing and called sour grapes when I received his invoice. To make matters even worse, if I can, I was told he was going to sue me for his fees. I feel paying him the inflated fee and informing the general public about this experience is far more valuable for people looking to hire Robert Bogen. Beware of this attorney, he is the reason attorneys get such a bad name.
