When I first went to meet with Kathryn I was confident that my case would be closed as soon as possible. A year later after calling repeatedly, she finally returned my call. She did not work on my case and actually forgot about me. Then she said she would get right on it and the case would be settled by the end of the month a month has gone by and she still has not contacted me or returned my phone calls.
