If his practice is anything like his ethics and mannerisms I'd stay clear of Mr. Mulligan. Is not at all knowledgable, nor professional. His firm was hired to represent my late parent's estate, however, Mr. Mike Mulligan refused to answer any questions and also seemed quite paranoid, stating, "I sense another line is open" and immediately hung up. I was on a cell phone, there were no other lines. Besides, what does he have to hide??? Very unprofessional in all aspects.
