Steve Cavanaugh negotiated away key elements that could have won my case without my knowledge or approval, effectively losing my case before the hearing even began. He was never honest or direct with me, and even tried talking me into giving up the case the very first time I met him. He treated me like a charity case because he was being paid by my union, which he said would not pay him enough.
