Please take my advise and do not Hire Allen Clardy to represent your case. He represented my case about 10 years ago and I only received 7,000.00. I was headed to TR in my husbands brand new BMW roaster. I was sitting in the middle lane going up Church street. There is five lanes at that red light. When the light turned green and I proceeded through the light, the man in a 1973 ford ran the red light and T Boned me. He knocked me about 50 ft. down the rd. His car was so old and solied it was like being hit by a train. The man admitted to running the red light. Four different witness gave me their business cards and told me they witnessed him running the red light and, they would testify for me. At that red light they also had a video camera on the light post. I got a double whip lash and, had to go to physical therapy for about six weeks. My neck is ruined for life!
