Carol and her team were amazing they helped me through the most difficult time of my life during my separation and divorce. She was always available to speak with and in a few times when she wasn't she always called me back. There step by step process, what to expect, how to handle and children and divorce paperwork they give when you finally make that choice helped me be more cautious about the adult nature and sensitivity to the situation. Carol and her crew are awesome. We were helped every step of the way for our adoption. A step child adoption may seem easy, but, with no way to locate the father, a lawyer was our only alternative. Carol and Maria helped locate the father and terminate his rights. Then the adoption part, which made my daughter legally mine. Thank you. It was a reality check to find out that step-parents have no rights in Nevada. Thanks to you and your crew.

Carol handled my divorce and got me joint custody and I did not have to pay any alimony. My ex wife kept telling me that her attorney said she would get primary custody and alimony. She didn't and now she works with me cause she doesn't want to go back to court. Thanks Carol and crew, you are the best!

Carol Barnes is simply AMAZING! I, like a lot of people was going through a custody battle with my ex husband. I had consultations with four different lawyers here in town, two of which were highly rated here in Las Vegas. After meeting with each of them I walked away feeling downhearted and even more nervous to face my ex in court. I was told I should just give into his requests because that's probably what would end up happening in court. I felt defeated and it hadn't even started. I was then referred to Carol and even though she was very busy she made time for me. She was very detailed and thorough when learning about my case. She made me feel very comfortable and was willing to see me through the whole process. Since religion played a part in my case she did her research and gathered the facts for court. Carol is a true professional. I did not have a good opinion of lawyers before, but Miss Barnes has changed that. She asked allot of questions, real questions. Two things stand out as separating her from others I have dealt with. One, she was prepared, she knew what way she thought it would go, and she communicates that, but she also was prepared if it went another way. Having been in court 6 times previous, I knew this was crucial, because it never all goes your way. Secondly, I must say I was impressed with her knowledge of the judges, attorneys, and the law, but most of all her insights into the defendant herself, my sons Mother, proved to be true over and over again, and yes their were times I thought differently. This insight not only helped me achieve an outcome in my case, but has helped me become a better Father, parent, and even husband. I cannot thank her or her staff enough. My son has a better life because of Miss Barnes hard work and dedication. Trust her.

I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Barnes to anyone who is going through a Custody matter or a Divorce. Ms. Barnes is a GREAT ATTORNEY. Ms. Barnes guided me throughout my case and was there for me every step of the way. She was always there to answer any questions and I had and always received great advice.
