If it's not in your signed contract and he said he will do different. Do not trust him! He verbally agreed to not charge me for a fee. Then charged me anyway. He said he would do follow up hearings. He will not, and is not wrote in the contract. He sent me to a doctor that he admitted other clients did not like. Bottom line is you should take his contract to another lawyer to see what you really are getting for your money.
