Horrible waste of time. I went to him for help w/ my divorce & was told that based on my now ex-husband's history, it was obvious what kind of person he was & how the court would easily understand my situation & open/close the case quickly. I said very plainly that I didn't want to be vindictive, I simply wanted things DONE & quick; & to not let my ex ruin my credit, but to simply pay for his own bills. Simple enough, right? Well, 2yrs, $6k, 2 foreclosures, a bankruptcy & a separate small claims court issue later.. NOTHING was done as promised. None of the bills were paid, my credit was ruined & my ex walked away w/out paying a dime. I'm unsure if the issue was disorganization or caseload, as every time you call, you speak to someone different & have to leave a msg b/c THAT person has to talk to ANOTHER person who has your file (& then charges you to call you back! Sometimes not for days/week+). Surprise charges. Documents sent to my ex w/ my confidential address listed. Etc
