Trainor Bilked me out of about $7500 by convincing me that he could win a lawsuit against the builder of my house by having his friend Steve Versen write up an imspection report for all the problems with the house and the only thing he got was the money for the cracked driveway. Which is about what I paid him. He double billed me also. Promised that the MFSJ would include all of the problems that the inspector found along with the problems the builder actually agreed to fix yet all it included were letters that previously written about the driveway as evidence. Charged me for writing the letters 2 or 3 times. Also convinced me I needed to hire another one of his attorney cronies that ended up losing his license for his crack addiction. Gave him a retainer for that and it was not returned. Not only should he lose his license to practice law..he should be in prison.
