I am very unhappy with Mr Cole! I hired him to represent my child. When we wanted to go to trial he bullied us until we took a deal. It was clear that he would not go to trial. He talks a good story but in the end he will probably make you take a deal. Then he allowed the prosecutor to make blatantly false accusations and claims against my child that could influence the level of punishment he received during a disposition hearing. The false claims were of crimes that my child was never on trial for. The prosecutor was mixed up and It appeared that Mr Cole either did not care or did not even remember enough about our case to be able to realize that the claims were false. He says he wants children to know they did something wrong and that way they do not do it again. A defense lawyer is supposed to provide the best possible defense; It is not his job to punish his client so they learn a lesson! That is for the Judge and prosecutor. I fired him after that!
