The first mediation meeting started with her talking about her ex-husband. It got to the point where she became animated and started dropping the f-bombs. It never got any better. I felt she had an inability to remain unbiased. On day one my ex and I told Judith inheritance was off the table.
Yet Judith kept challenging it. It resulted in many emails, documents, and time. We paid her thousands of dollars to discuss. In the end inheritance remained off the table once she realized my wife had more to gain I felt it was a scam for her to drive up the bill. Judith voluntarily put into the agreement that I would give my spouse a life insurance policy over twice the value of the total alimony payments. It cost even more money to get that negotiated lower. It was hard to believe she was a professional unbiased mediator. I have many more stories but limited here to 1000 characters. I am a professional and I can tell you buyer beware. I would never recommend her to anyone.
