After 2 months of bouncing from lawyer to lawyer for legal opinions my church pastor sent me to Roy petty. No one gave me hope that my dad would stay here. Dad made one mistake and paid for it and was clean except for that problem. The lawyer must of spent one hour with us searching for a solution. He smiled really big when dad told him something about my ex stepmom. None of the other 10 lawyers asked about it. Mr petty took dad to see the judge and stopped his deportation and dad kept his green card. If you want a lawyer that will listen and not treat you like the source of his boat payments call mr petty. If I had listened to those other lawyers dad would be in Mexico

I came to the United States in 1992 with my mom and dad and got our status and citizenship with the help of Roy Petty.We have seen his law firm grow and I am impressed that he has not forgotten us since he has thousands of clieents. He treats me like his brother and treats my parents like they are his parents. He will tell you the truth even if you dont want to hear it.

Encontré el Sr. Roy Petty después de conducir una investigación. Yo habia utilizado varios abogados de inmigración en el... pasado. Esta vez, necesitaba un super abogado porque USCIS negó mi solicitud de naturalización y comenzó los procedimientos de deportación. Fue muy directo desde el principio. Larga historia corta, el Sr. Petty cambio la decision de inmigración y ahora soy un ciudadano de los EE.UU.. When you go to the office speak with Roy Petty. After 30 minutes of his talking with my dad in Jordan by phone, he found something useful that I didn't even know about. Dad wasn't correctly deported and he got a waiver for him. Dad got here last night with a green card. I'm bring you cookies from my bakery today.

We were told that we were not eligible. Our lawyer Mr. Blaylock referred us to Mr. Roy who sued Immigration and got us approved and got us an apology for how they treated us at the interview.

Great lawyer, but customer service is bad. His case workers don't return phone calls for good or for bad. He needs new employees, but the lawyers themselves are the best I've seen.

He told me I was going to have my green card in 5 months. He got me and my wife our green cards in less than 2 months. Mr. Roy Petty delivers far more than he promises.
