Scott and his legal team were truly amazing. They were passionate about my case, responsive to my questions/concerns, and did not break the bank. Couldn't remember me after many visits. Refused to continue case on his personal views that small business owners should not be sued since he was also a small business owner. I suspect racism also played a role since the small business owner was also white. He billed me for the time he spent changing his clothes. Either he provided false statements or retroactively padded the bill because I found a few thousand dollar discrepancy between statements. The exact discrepancy amount that I can prove was added as a mysterious credit to my the end of my bill. Anything that was billed after the comparison statement is heavily padded and up to his conscience. He also treats his clients like they're scum when they've done nothing wrong or immoral, and they have in fact been cheated by former employers and are seeking compensation. He decides a case isn't worth pursuing if because he "knows he got a judge that doesn't like him" before a trial starts then rescinds his contingency.
