I can top this. How about taking $6000 from a client, doing nothing, then being told to return the money by the California State Bar, and then still not returning it. Go to the California State Bar website and look this character up. Open your eyes before hiring this guy. He says he has a law license, but it sounds more like he bought it on Craig's List. There is no logical or moral reason under the sun why anyone should be given the privilege of taking money from unsuspecting people and then sit back and do nothing for them. If you or I ever did it, we'd be charged with Grand Theft. Enjoy the heat, Stephen. You burned the wrong person.

Lazy Lawyer; Lack of: Knowlege, Diligence, and Ethical Conducts. Lack of Committment to his clients. He did not even thoroughly review the code & the law when it comes to handle my case. Therefore, he screwed up on the report and screwed up on the presentation and evidently led to damaging and harmful consequences for me to bear when the only reason I went to him is because for regaining and reclaiming my rights and freedom because of an incident happened to me that caused by a several harmful and evil individuals. Stephen Beecher even lied to me about his experience and credentials in such area of the law and persuaded me enough to retain him and pay him a large retainer. However, at the end, he has nothing to show for & the outcome of my case is much worse than before he got involve. He even refused to correct his misconducts after I discussed the issues with him in great-length. He is not an ethical and understanding person let alone an ehtical and understanding attorney.
