Was not happy with this attorney. Mr. Brady breached attorney/client confidentiality and disseminated files from my personnel file for public view. I had to file charges on him through the Delaware Superior Court and they informed me that it was his 4th ODC complaint in 3 months; complaints for the unethical treatment of his clients. The Office of Disciplinary Council (ODC) also informed me that he was under court order to dissolve his firm immediately and merge with another attorney in Georgetown, Delaware. John Brady had to hire Joe Hurley to defend him with these charges. At this time, Mr. Brady is no longer permitted to operate his own firm and has to be under the supervision of another attorney.

Very smart attorney, very sharp and kind. He needs to work on staying on top of things and not volunteering information. I have used him for a long time and like him has a person. Sometimes has a tendancy to be naive.
