Going thru a divorce after 22 years of marriage is no easy matter, emotions and metal state makes it difficult to protect your children and assets to move forward with your life.

I retained Mr Elias for the second time in October 2014. The first time was in June 2012 for a prenup. John is extremely smart in family law. His fees are very normal. His prenup held up in court rock solid. In my divorce case he was always there day or night via email or text.He served me well beyond my expect ions. His staff is incredible and will always respond back quickly. My ex wife had threatened to kill me and was at my door more than once. I called John and he called me back in 3 min with advice. John is a super attorney but even more so a great person. I give him the max of stars

Mr. Elias is a wonderful attorney. We recently hired him to help us with a divorce as well as a law suit. Not only was he professional and courteous, but he was also accurate and thorough. My experience with Attorney John Elias was and has been unique and one of the greatest things I've ever had in my life. I had before me a process of dispute custody of my two children, who lived with me for negligence and other things from his mother and the reason why she sue me in court for taking the custody, I called John Elias Attorney for reference of a good friend, with a similar case of mine and which gave me excellent references from his case.
To make a long story short, last Monday 03/09/2015, my lawyer John Elias scored for me the final judgment where the judge of the Court of Fortlauderdale, Fl. give me full custody of my children. You dont know the joy and relief I felt upon hearing the verdict, but also because I was always quiet since the court case began last 08.03.2014 because Mr. Elias showed such professionalism and trust, I was not afraid of anything and at the end, we went through the front gate .

He is the most incompetent lawyer that I have ever seen, he would only get in touch with you to ask for more money, if you receive a call from him get ready to spend more money, and never believe a word he says, unless is on writing, is better to defend yourself before hiring this lawyer.
