We paid for an expensive forensic audit that reveled lots of errors in our paperwork,this person was contacted by the person that did the audit. We didn't choose him. He spent 3 years doing nothing to help us get our condo back. There was very little contact and and there were no written reports from him as to his progress. He filed a case on our behalf over a year ago n 3 weeks before going before the judge he asked if we wanted "discovery" he would hire someone to to see if there were any other cases like ours that had won,for an extra $20,000. We are old and on SS so we don't qualify for re finance and we don't have that kind of money. He never answered emails cause he doesn't have one for his clients. Now he wants us to sign documents that would perjurer both of us. Docs with lots of errors in it. One with no signatures on it, not even the judge has signed these papers, so why should I. I feel raped of my home, and my purse, and he never did what he was hired to do.
