Did not have a good experience with this attorney. He charged $500.00 more than other attorneys for the misdemeanor charge and I did not feel I got my full value from him. He was not good at returning phone calls or answering letters to him concerning my case. Twice I had phone confrences set up and he decided to take walk-in's both times and no apology from him nor his office. I would see legal advice with someone other than him.

Mr. Smith was hired and paid to represent me but he never went to court. He refused to refund my money and will not return any calls. I won a small claims case against him but he refuses to pay me.
