I would never hire this man again for anything. He represented me poorly, was not helpful, cost me money, and overcharged me. He was late for hearings causing the mediator to be biased against me and my case. He had to be pushed to do anything. During my hearing he sat and looked at his phone like he was checking his email. He was AWOL and it cost me money and medical benefits. If you want a good outcome to you case, find another attorney. If you want to fight with Evan's lazy staff and have your case dragged out for years and lose out in the end, go with Evan. The man is a disgrace to his profession.

He did an excellent job. His staff is friendly and attentive. He recovered more money for my injury than I ever thougtht possible. He is a great trial lawyer and the insurance companies know it! Because they know he has a proven track record in Court, the insurance companies pay him more.
