A brilliant Litigator. However, as a DV/Abuse Survivor and Protective Parent (mother), I found his legal representation in my case to be quite unsatisfactory. Not only were my legal fees excessive, over $100,000.00 but I lost physical custody of my children to our abuser. Since January 2014, I have not been able to see my youngest child, for no legal reason. I am unable to do anything about this right now, in addition to not being able to protect my kids and myself from ongoing abuse by my former spouse. Essentially, I need to hire a Civil Rights Attorney in order to undo the legal and financial damage I sustained due to ineffective counsel. Perhaps Mr. Durr is a Father's Rights Attorney primarily, I do not know. I do know that I was left extremely vulnerable from a legal standpoint, to malicious opposing counsel and a former spouse, when Mr. Durr withdrew counsel. I was told that my pockets were not deep enough to get the results I was looking for.
