I was charged with my 2nd dui in 10 years with a refusal. I was facing a minimum of 20 days in jail, ovi plates, having my car immobilized for 30 days, 90 days of a scram device, and reporting probation that included participation in random drug and alcohol screens. Mr Farrish was able to get my charge reduced to a first dui with no refusal. My sentence was 3 days in a diversion program, minimum fine, and non reporting probation. Yes, he isn't the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Highly recommend Mr Farrish.

$3500 for NOTHING! Mr. Farrish can't even be bothered to familiarize himself with the facts of your case before strolling on into court. He initially spends 3 hours yammering on and on but has no plan of action,save for collecting your money! He doesn't even advise you of the consequences of your actions! AND<I suspect the judges all dislike him as well!! NOT a plus factor in the courtroom,obviously! You'd do better to repreent yourself!

Price was very high for what he did, did not do any pretrial work until the night before, expected me to meet him with 30 minute notice.

He represented me on several different cases and was amazing. He is very crafty and creative. If you have a DUI in or around Cincinnati please do yourself a favor and call Kelly. I also referred two friends and he had both of their charges dropped.
