The law offices Frank Canter handled my workers comp case and it was the best experience that I've ever had with an attorney. He always answered all my questions and was very fast and direct in handling my case, he fought hard for me and got a large settlement. His staff also were always helpful all of my need . At first the workers compensation carrier offered a lesser amount of money for settlement, after Mr Canter handled my case, the insurance company paid two and a half times what they originally offered. This entire office is unprofessional. Mr. canter's assistant has absolutely 0 patience with the clients. I say clients, because several other clients have voiced the same complaint about ANGIE. She barely listens, rushes you through the phone conversation, hangs up without checking to see if anything else is needed and then when you call back to see if she handled what you origanally call about, the sh-- isn't done. Don't use this attorney, he is a liar, he claims he his submitted papers that he has not, He has 1 person asssisting him-Angie who is not a trained paralegal. He takes on more cases then he can legally handle. Trust me, you will regret working with this craker jack lawyer.

Let me tell you this is one of the best Workman's Comp Attorney in the State of California. I don't know what I would of done with out this Law office. The staff is amazing specially Angie. It doesn't matter what you need she takes care of it, and works harder than anyone I have ever seen. Mr. Canter has sent me to the best Doctor's in Los Angeles to try and save my knee'w that are injured from my job. He has intergity, he's caring and willing to work day, and night for you. With out this law office I would of never made it alive. Thanks to this firm I will be going on for a double knee replacement and be able to walk again. My name is BB. Mr. Canter just settled my workers compensation case. He thoroughly discussed my case with me, spent the necessary time, and obtained an excellent recovery. I found him very attentive and easy to reach because he gave me his cell phone. He assisted me with excellent referrals to doctors that really helped improve my injuries. Has a knack for taking on as many cases as possible to see which ones he can monetarily settle to his favor rather than the clients. Has a knack for eloquent cover letters and sweet talk that lull one to not read the fine print, and then turns around and charges you 44% in attorneys fees, contrary to the rate acceptable per Ca. law (33%). During the deposition, he was mostly on the phone and therefore not giving the proper attention needed to win/settle favorably. Has the audacity to write a congratulations letter, when only recovering a miniscule amount that he eventually eats up in attorneys fees and you then get nothing. Head for the hills if you see this guy coming!

had me do extra doctor visits to beef up my case which i did reluctantly, the dr he recommended was terrible charged me hugely and when i lost my case i ended up with a HUGE dr bill i felt as though i was completely scammed

Didn't discuss the WC case with me. Staff handled most. Was 2 hrs+ late for deposition. Stated I won. Then, wasted my time. Didn't get any compensation. He wasn't honest with me, and as far as I know about me. Disregarded evidence. Seems favors were done for the defense he stated he was there at he defense office many times before-they usually have donuts. Left him eventually with still no communication at the level that was expected. He did keep the case but it was over 2 years and no conversation-consultation as I received regarding Commutation...I left him.
