Poor communicator; had to call multiple times to get updates. Charged a lot of money but never gave any information on what he was doing.

Can't get a hold of. Told us lots of non truths. Charges for everything including just making a appointment. Don't know how he sleeps at night. DO NOT USE THIS GUY!!

Have been dewaling with this attorney since October 2012 regarding an estate from an uncle. Mr Jentzen does not communitcate with us unless we call and ask direct questions. We have had to browbeat him to dispense funds from this inheritanceand as yet he is holding funds to pay taxes, he says. After consulting with another attorney I have been informed that there would be minimal income taxes to paid on this estate because of the low value of it. Why Mr. Jentzen is holding funds is beyond me, but I am going to report him to the Michigan Bar Association becaue I think he is playing head games and being dishonest with the disbursement.
